Terms of Enrollment

Once your application has been confirmed via email, a link will be given to pay for tuition.
Full payment must be received within 7 days of the email or your reservation will be released.

A late fee of $20 per child will be assessed for every 15 minutes beyond the end of class (i.e. 1-15 minutes late - $20; 16 - 30 minutes $40).
Chronic late pick-ups may result in the release from the program.

Class days/times are subject to change if the school requires use of the “Art Room”.
Parents/guardians will be notified of changes as soon as possible.

If cancellation notice is received within 24 hours of the start of class, or if the class is canceled by the teacher, a full refund will be issued.

Please notify the teacher if your child will not be in class on a scheduled day. Click here to send a message.

Students who consistently fail to comply with school and/or class rules may be removed from the program at the teacher’s discretion.
No refund will be issued in this event.

To ensure a healthy and safe learning environment for all, we will follow the indoor classroom guidelines as set by the Hawaii Department of Education and Department of Health.

Your personal information is never shared or sold beyond the logistical needs to register and enroll your child in class.

You agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Shorebird Creative LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from liability from any and all claims including the negligence of Shorebird Creative LLC, its officers, directors, employees and agents, resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in Shorebird Creative LLC art classes (The Activity).

Participation in The Activity carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries.
The specific risks vary from one activity to another, but can vary from minor scratches, bruises, and sprains to catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death. Please read the previous paragraphs and know, understand, and appreciate these and other risks that are inherent in The Activity.
Understand that participation is voluntary and that you and your child knowingly assume all such risks.
